Yes, the customer service is very attentive and kind. The packaging was discreet and not suspicious at all except that it was a big ass box and very heavy. Everything about the doll is great. The doll is a lot of fun to use! The vagina is surprisingly realistic and with the heater bar, very close to reality. The ass feels less realistic, but still nice. The doll is quite heavy and the weight adds a lot of realism, but can make it a little difficult to move around. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
